Notice of Termination

The chief shall, within ten (10) days after the date of termination of the employment of personnel subject to the provisions of §36-32-7 of the Code of Ala. 1975, file a completed AFC & PSC Form-06 entitled “Notice of Termination.” Submit Notice of Termination through the AFC Departmental Dashboard.
